STORE POLICY

Refund

All sales are final once your order is placed. If you have an issue with your order once it is received, then please email me within 30 days at nativeclayco@gmail.com so we can get the issue resolved. 

Shipping

Once your order is placed in the mail Native Clay Co. is no longer responsible for lost or damaged items. It is your responsibility to track and contact USPS about delays, damage, or loss of your package. 

If USPS cannot resolve the issue please contact me and we can discuss options.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Product Care

Native Clay Co. products are not covered by a warranty. 

While polymer clay is fairly flexible, it is strongly recommended not to bend the product. 

Polymer clay can get bendy in direct sunlight, so store creations in a cool and dry place. 

Never bend or store resin, or resin-coated, creations in direct sunlight.

You can clean clay creations with an acetone/water mixture and a cotton ball.

You can clean resin, or resin-coated, items with soap and water only and a cotton ball.

Note: makeup may not come all the way off as some clays are more porous than others.

Complaints of earrings that were clearly mishandled will fall on the customer and Native Clay Co. with not replace them.

Please be aware that you are ordering from a one-woman run small business. I am a foster mom to 6-9 kids at a time, and those kids are my priority and take up 95% of my time. While I try my hardest to meet deadlines, there can be delays in shipping and restocks. Thank you!
